1. Are the clothes cleaned before you sell them?

Yes, we have our clothes professionally dry-cleaned before selling them.  Although some, but not all items are spot treated or repaired.  


2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?  

All our clothes are vintage, some are fragile, and many are one of a kind; all sales are final.


3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship nationwide within the United States.


4. How long does it take to process my order?

Your order can take approximately 2-3 days for all orders to be processed and shipped.


5. What shipping method do you use?

We ship via USPS.


6. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.


7. How often do you add new items?

On average, we add new items every two to four weeks.  If we are lucky, we may add pieces daily.


8. What is the sizing information?

We try to be as accurate as possible when sizing each item.  We list the size details under the description area on the product’s page. If you need additional assistance with sizing, please contact us via email at vibe@setfreevintage.com.
